Harness Installation - a new FAA policy statement will make it easier
for us to install shoulder harnesses in our old airplanes, without an STC.

Markl's Tailwheel Training Course - Tony instructs in an Aeronca L-16
and does fabric work on Maryland's Eastern Shore, right on the Delaware
